A sweet Middle Eastern syrup made from the fruit of the carob pod with a complex flavour profile of chocolate, malt, fruit and molasses. It's a rich source of fibre, calcium, potassium and phosphorous. Known as an ancient sweetener it can be used as a healthy substitute to sugar, or an alternative to honey and maple syrup. Each flavour is rich in its own health benefits and known to have healing properties.

Can be used in both sweet and savoury dishes. Ideal for baked treats like cakes and cookies, drizzled over ice cream or mixed with warm milk for a hot chocolate.
