 FAQ: Do we ship chilled or frozen goods?

We deliver chilled & frozen items in Sydney metro from the warehouse by local delivery. We remove & refund any chilled or frozen items shipped by postal services (when local delivery is not an option), UNLESS the customer allows it to be shipped; otherwise we ship the items with dry ice. We do not take responsibility for the items. Please choose EXPRESS POST for chilled and frozen items and read the product pages carefully. If you have any questions regarding frozen or chilled items, please message us on live chat or email us at support@babag.com.au.

EXPRESS POST:

Please take note that we ship EXPRESS orders only on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with Wednesday 10am being the order cutoff. 

Chef's Choice:

Please take note that orders containing Chef's Choice products will take 1 to 3 working days processing time. If you are unsure or have further questions, feel free to email us at support@babag.com.au.

Sydney:

Free Shipping for *local deliveries for minimum $50 orders.

We ship Australia wide. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Live message us for any shipping issues & queries.

Although budget friendly and reliable, please take the time to read before choosing Sendle Domestic:

Sendle Domestic may take between 1 to 14 Business Days delivery. We do not recommend Sendle Domestic for items that are chilled or frozen (even if delivery is within Sydney Metro area). We also place no responsibility for lost parcels under Sendle Domestic. Please take note, we have a 5% incidence rate of lost parcels in which, customers have to place a missing inquiry with Sendle. In cases where Sendle loses the customer’s package or if a customer receives a damaged package, we will only refund customers when Sendle has settled the claim.

Domestic: 1- 14 working days.

Parcel Post: 1 to 5 working days.

Express: 1 to 3 working days.
